With the fall of bakhmut, russia has largely achieved its territorial ambitions. The ukrainians may attempt one more offensive in the region of kherson to break the land corridor from the donbas to crimea, but the russians will just grind them down again like in bakhmut (putin just did a morale booster in kherson to get the troops ready).
The war is more or less over, and the only issue is whether nato wants to burn through more ukrainians before giving them the green light to call a ceasefire.

I follow the market every day, but I actually hadnt tabbed over to a nasdaq chart in a while until yesterday (because I'm waiting for the bottom). The nasdaq is fucking ripping right now, which means the class of investor who believes in crypto and diamond hands to the moon is back in the market. There was a long period where bitcoin and the nasdaq were literally mapped 1:1, though I think it trends generally closer to a .7 correlation.
I didnt expect moves this big until jpow threw in the towel on rate hikes, which means people are really front running the pivot rally.
This pivot narrative will dominate the market for months (will they, wont they, how soon, how long until cuts), so the bitcoin boys are here to stay for a while unfortunately.
When the persistent inflation numbers keep coming in 6 months to a year from now, the stock market is going to shit the bed, nasdaq leading. Lots of cryptobros will be washed out of the market for good, with their spirits completely crushed, but I doubt bitcoin will truly die until it is banned (which is inevitable).
