if youre exercising regularly and eating healthy, you will lose weight without feeling exhausted. however, you arent going to get to that point after being a desk jockey for 10 years without time and effort.
tfm has admitted that hes too 'busy' (lazy) to exercise properly, which is the problem. good luck with the keto nonsense, but youre probably still going to be in this same general spot in another 5 years looking for the next gimmick to avoid living a healthy lifestyle.
If I had to choose between a femboy or a landwhale trigglypuff id choose the fatty cuz femboys are gay. I would be gagging while smashing the fatty though..

From what TFM is saying, it seems the U.S. has drastically overtaken Mexico in terms of corruption. I knew this had happened but not to such an extreme.
Politicians in Mexico have been assassinated for doing a lot less than what TFM is describing the politicians regularly do in the U.S.
