imagine these large coils surrounding the earth, all our electrical needs are met no problem.
but it's sure crazy to think of powering anything from boats and planes with electricity by that same blanketed net of electricity in the sky.

i think that particle beam they were speaking of has to do with much of the same tech, just using it differently. because electricity can absolutely take out an plane within the sky.

@Ivan Koldin: maybe the military, but not your every day Americans. it's the same with the tech that's meant to take down drones, they do have an gun like device that is meant to take down the drones via disrupting the radio wave in think. but i think many of the instruments within your average airplane can be manipulated by this kind of thing as well, if you have even been in an plane and they tell you to turn off your phone because it might interfere with how the plane functions, but then again an EMP could take anything electronic out unless it has the proper shielding which most objects don't. and EMP could easily cripple an city in our modern day lives.

Cool. Will be checking these out. Taken with a grain of salt though. Networks have become ridiculously untrustworthy. Poisoned with ideologies at every level.

@Ivan Koldin: Ya that was cool. Will definitely watch the others. Some of these docs are pretty awesome, others, not so much. Can't remember which network, but watched a doc on Bathory, hosted by a feminist, who reminded you of that by starting almost every sentence with: "As a feminist..." completely unaware of the fact that Bathory herself, blows a fantastic hole in the oppressed women narative. Ha.
