Double standards in dating are nothing new, however what is new, is that traditional media and social media, are openly body shaming one side, while at the same time claiming to be against body shaming.
You constantly see women making fun of men for being short or bald, as well as implying that a certain guy might not be well endowed.
However as soon as the topic of weight comes up, the selective outrage is cued, clearly exposing how ridiculous this all is.

Let's be real, some of these interviews are taken at places where people go out, so these women are either drunk or just joking for the fun of it. Also, I think there's pushback from da sisterhood if they put their standards lower than other women; hypergamy at work, gentlemen. And last but not least, these women are expressing feelings, so logic does not apply and hypocrisy comes as default.
Gentlemen... women are hollow vessels. They don't have original thoughts. They just vomit out words till something sticks. Then they all parrot the same thing. Rinse and repeat.
