@SoloMan Zone: Slightly different subject, but my bloody PC went down to0day. luckily I have this one I'm using now. It's an identical pc but I've now got to reset everything.

@SoloMan Zone: They don't last forever and some sort of backup PC not just the operating system is a wise thing to have ready. My computing needs are very basic anyway, I regularly Defrag anbd clean the system out and delete all the crap that builds up like files and stuff. About once a year I clean out the fan's and Qtip clean the dust of the boards so they stay cooler and last longer. If you check the HDD by defraging it if the System say's more than 10% when anylizing it the defrag it and the system and many of the slow running problems do go away.

@SoloMan Zone: By the way now got the NEW OUTLOOK up and running properly and deleted about 8 years of old emails and crap! lol!I've sync'd all my accounts to it and things are looking good.

@mrghoster: years ago defrauding was the thing but l have SSD drives which don't need defrauding and uch faster

@SoloMan Zone: Just bought a professional refurb with SSD and win 11 on it, plus VLC and a few other bit's as standard, slightly more powerful but up and beyonf win 11 requirements, £70 bar a penny. I've also aked the guy if he has a replacement power unit as well, waiting on that reply, but the other PC will hopefully be working again. Trouble with using ther web it's a part of daily life now and a backup be it a system or a spare PC is important. Mosat of my contact with humanity (I use that word loosely) is my eye on the world.

I'm fairly certain what's coming and that's why I don't want to be near any population center's, at least major one's. It's not going to be pretty.
