A topic that everyone likes to talk about but no one is entirely sure as to the causes and neither am I but I do make a valiant effort to offer a plausible explanation to describe what has happened to account for the general unwillingness of people to have offspring.

Financial incentives for having children has minimal impact, mostly just moving the same births earlier.
Take wahmyn's "rights" away. Femon empowerment results in declining birth rates.
