Jews I know (when I was still living in the Netherlands) scam the government with never ending contracts, as a contractor I worked for 1 year on a project that was already 20 years ongoing and never supposed to finish, the form of kickback allowed in the Netherlands is free vacations (under the guise of attending a conferences) and yes, also hookers.. (under the guise of fitness/health/spa membership)
