Eh... I mean, kind of.

Sure, a desire to have kids together will likely produce more stable and functional relationships than a desire to fuck without that goal in mind would, but it's not really that critical. In addition, a lot of people who desire the outcome of the reproductive act as opposed to just the act itself are probably going to be more agreeable, stable, and reliable people anyway.

As you mentioned, divorces and the like still happen even for those who did reproduce and wanted to reproduce, and I think you brushed that fact off way too easily. A lot of people, especially women, want children, but not a spouse. They want to reproduce, but not create or continue/add to a family. Exclusively focusing on the desire to reproduce itself is missing the broader picture of why that desire is important from a civilizational point of view. There's a notable difference between someone who wants to get into a position of leadership to change the world and someone who wants it just to hold that title and all that comes with it. Like with anything, nuance is vital.

I still hold the opinion that force is the only thing the vast majority of us respond to. Why were pairings so stable and long-lasting back in the day? Because the woman would have been labeled a whore if she cheated and the man would have been labeled a deadbeat if he abandoned his child, possibly being excommunicated from the family or community. It's not something many want to admit to, but necessity and consequences are really the only things that even kind of work - and thorough natural and societal selective pressers in general. That spark of desire, no matter where it comes from or what it aims for, just ain't good enough.

Kids... I am not suggesting, but observing. Have kids if you want to... Yeah, I can see why you don't call yourself MGTOW anymore. Damn, you still butthurt about Sandman and his McDonald's version of bite size MGTOW? I am not pealing back old wounds or shaming-- just saying, we are likely on brink of WW3 or the Biblical Armageddon War... Not to mention Winter is Coming to Europe, and you can't buy enough gas from Russia nor coal from us in the US because of the Globalists' power grab of "Environmentalism." Bitch please, with you flying everywhere in our expensive jets?
