21:45 - I'd say the way the government views the people is as children. They have to be told what to do. Absolutists tend to view the people from a fatherly point of view - they need strict rules, protection, and cultural norms to be instilled into them. Communalists tend to view the people from a motherly point of view - momma needs to take care of everyone, make sure they don't hurt themselves, and make sure all her little children are treated equally.
What makes Libertarians different is we want to treat adults like adults. Let people have the freedom and responsibility that comes with being an adult.
I blocked a friend of 8 years the other day because he literally said that people ARE children and it is up to the government to take away their freedom...and that he would force me to vax if he could. I decided that's a black flag and he's not my people...he openly admits he'd enslave me just for disagreeing with him.
