I'm thankful that I was never big into those poisonous things in the first place and I haven't touched one in YEARS! I'm not bragging but I've lost 200lbs in the last 3 years! I drink about a half-a-gallon of water a day, have for years, I can't explain it but it's like this internal voice that has been guiding me to do this, to lose weight and work out relentlessly, which I have been, it's like I'm being pushed by an invisible force, to what end I don't know, but I'm going to keep rolling with it!
