if the mushrooms where dehydrated properly they will last for years without poisoning anyone...
also, it sounds like she poisoned her own family on purpose...
even if you do not properly clean the dehydrator it would still not be possible to poison someone with dehydrated food....
unless the food itself is poisoned... anyone who has ever made jerky at home or dried fruit knows this already....
