Here's to being grateful not to have or need, social media. I guess it has its place, but I'm hard pressed to find it. I seem to have a big enough addiction to my phone.

Mental illness is a real problem, for men and for women. Dont understate that point. Men get it simply by being raised by even a well intentioned mother, let alone one that might have her own issues that would ultimately effect them. Not to mention a lifetime of advice that never works, the rejection that results, looking for advice that is both contradictory and unreliable, and the inevitable realization that your failure in one aspect of life is the symptom of a much greater problem. For men in a predicament like this, my advice is to seek a make therapist. Although the snippet of into the brunette therapist gave was decent, it was very generic. A good therapist has to have a sound understanding of the world in which you live, and a female therapist might have some significant problems understanding that a mans world is rather unforgiving in a variety of areas where women enjoy select privileges.

But for women, there is probably some profound clashes with what the establishment and society says versus their interactions with men, specifically as they age out of their prime window. Furthermore, men get smarter to the games women play. And they all play games. But women do not like what they do to be done to them. A woman that gets rejected will lose her shit, yet if she got a dollar for every man she rejected ,she might have a second income. You would imagine if they considered how rejection felt to them, maybe they would deal more diplomatically. That's where karma comes in.

But therapy does work, provided that the person does the week and the therapist doesn't overtly humor them.
However, therapy requires introspection and honesty. These are weak points for women because introspection is not solipsism and honesty could be fatal to some of them. But some that put in the work will actually make progress. However, it is better to spot the signs and avoid those who exhibit those signs. But understand almost all of them are batshit crazy.
