@WMHarrison94: Nope...... kind of like a failure to clean properly - some times.... and little blocked pores that back up the secretions inside the pore and the internal region keeps on expanding as it continues to fill with oil, dead cells, and white blood cells etc.. Sometimes hairs - when regrowing, don't pop out the hole, and grow sidewards inside the pore... maybe the pore is blocked as well and some times it's a sweat gland that plugs up....
