OK, so I don't think SkyNet is going to eradicate the human race THIS YEAR, based on the weak ass thumbnails that Grok the Cocksucker generated!
I will be joined (at 5pm EST!) by my two good friends, LB Weaver and The Big Bad Wolf today.

I used to like getting Coopers Extra Stout - and starting off with 1/4 Stout to 3/4s lemonaid.... and slowly by slowly i'd work up to 100% stout - in pint glasses.

AND ONCE upon a time, I even bought a Coopers Extra Sout home brew kit, figuring that if you mix all the ingredients together (in the right proportions to make 1 liter - not 25 liters), MINUS the yeast, and kept it chilled in the refrigerator, no more than a day or three - you would have beer flavoured cordial.

Not so.... The malt, from the dark roasted malted barley, mixed in with the granulated hops - that NEEDED to be fermented to bring out the beer flavoured "taste" profile. As it was - like I really know how to cook, and it's one of the very few ingredients, that I could NOT use for anything - except perhaps a level teaspoon in a LARGE BOWL of chocolate chip / hashish cookie dough mix, as a sort of very distant flavour enhancer....

Could not use it for anything.

The cordial - at it's proper beer formulation strength, or even very dilute - was basically undrinkable.

But I still had that desire to drink in large volumes - anything except water, tea, coffee, no added sugar cordial, etc., etc., etc...

AND fizzy drinks or a nice cold foamy THICK nutrient filled beer - minus the alcohol, seemed to be just the thing.....

You know a bucket of that when it's 45*C.....

So I was looking at this:

Degassing the water so it carbonates better - and while I won't follow this recipe exactly - if at all.... It is a fair starting point.

I can't copy past because of coding issues...

But water, black strap mollasses, light or dark malt, coffee, cacoa powder, rye extracts, etc. in assorted proportions.

Chill carbonate etc...

BINGO!

Something like this would be fine.

Cold Carbonated - Nice!

I stopped drinking a LONG time ago.... and I like being SOBER, but some times - I do wish that the strong tasty beers, came in 100% alcohol free versions....

Because alcohol aside, they are GOOD drinks...

Even diluted with say 1/3rd beer and 2/3rds sugar free lemonaid.
