Forcing medical treatment whether preventative or otherwise on a patient that is against it is an absolute violation of the two most sacrosanct tenets of all medical personnel; The principle of informed consent and the Hippocratic oath. The Nuremburg accords were more about race and socialism than they were about actual general ethics of these types of cases.
