The women make NO EFFORT WHAT SO EVER to start a conversation.

I developed a method to scan by location and distance and I hit them all with casual, small talk conversation starters.... e.g. "The recent rains after 14 years of drought, how nice the weather has been lately, safe outdoor activities like fishing, camping. etc."
= NO RESPONSES to the small talk.. NONE what-so-ever.
