i remember thinking about an idea like this back when bitcoin mining was really big.
as that was also an issue, because if you had more than a few tower pc's running the mining program, the room would get really hot really fast, so it makes sense to use an idea like this to cool things down without the need to spend huge amounts of money on cooling them down costing you more through cooling, i have been in server rooms as an tech who was hired to keep an close eye on how cool these rooms were and they were always in enclosed areas that had cooling pouring in. but that can be costly.
