Listen brother, I'm 47 as of last month...I was raised in front of a TV set! No social media or even the internet for that matter, this was the 80's and early to mid 90's! (Same damn difference because my parents didn't want to be bothered) I know exactly how you feel...I had absolutely no social skills with girls in high school, didn't know how to talk to them, or interact with them in any way whatsoever...I always had lots of guy friends, but it never translated into girls!...That's why I was 28 when I finally lost my virginity!!! So don't feel bad!
