There are few times when it is advisable to run a red light. This was not one of those times. A driver in Nizhny Tagil, Sverdlovsk Oblast found this out the hard way when he attempted to do this near Uralvagonzavod, Russia’s largest producer of military hardware. As he ran the red light he clearly hadn’t noticed the giant tank that had rolled off the production line and was heading straight for his front fender. It turns out that it’s remarkably difficult to stop a tank that is going full speed, and it takes more than a Chevrolet Cruzer to put a dent in one. The driver was left with the most intimidating exchange of insurance details anyone could ever hope to have, while the occupants of the car behind got to record a viral video that went a little more viral than they thought it would.

Gov using excessive force to limit people's freedom to travel? I guess they didn't have papers.
In other contexts you would label this terrorism if it was another country's tank. Or if they were not on Gov payroll. That's the only difference. At the least the low IQs purge each other. I just hope they don't reproduce.
They need video games to get that energy out and they wouldn't have to play Team Deathmatch in real life. Too many males, not enough jobs I guess.
