Russia’s FSB thwarts terrorist attack in Ural Region

Russian Federal Security Services have thwarted an act of terrorism planned by a supporter of Ukrainian nationalism. The man had planned to attack near one of the administrative buildings in Chelyabinsk, a Russian city in the Ural Mountains.
