Russia ready to provide fertilizers to developing nations free of charge – Putin
The European Commission decided to exempt Russian fertilizers from sanctions, but this is only in regard to European countries. President Putin said that such restrictions are discriminatory against developing countries. There are 300,000 tons of Russian fertilizers in European ports right now, and Putin says Russia is willing to provide them free of charge to developing nations.
