Putin lays wreath at Tomb of the Unknown Soldier

Russian President Vladimir Putin laid flowers at the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier at the walls of the Kremlin on Thursday, as Russia and countries around the world honor the sacrifice of Soviet soldiers during World War II. June 22 marks the anniversary start of the Great Patriotic War, when Nazi Germany invaded the Soviet Union in 1941.
