Do you stretch? Stretching is so beneficial and underrated. Most stretches require no equipment, not much time, and they all reduce the chance of some kind of injury.

Running is bad for the knees. The key is Low impact cardio like the stationary bike for working out the legs. Sit ups, leg press, squats, hack squats fuck up your lower back. Also always dumbbells over barbell, barbell exercises like bench press fucks up your shoulders with imbalances. It's not good putting hundreds of pounds on the neck for squats.

I have noticed that people who squat seem to always develop severe back injuries. The exercise has its merits, but it has demerits that more than balance them out. I'd rather take more time to train my body without the massive risk of permanent injury.

@AcquireZeal: yes. I rather train lower body with stationary bike. Upper body with dumbbells and pull ups. I need to take a break from escort maxing because having sex makes you feel very sleepy for a few days.

As a LOOKSMAXXER who went from 260 lbs down to 210 at 6’3, I found that proper diet is like 80% of the work. The remaining 20% is “just have big bones, a great frame and be 6ft+ bro!”. Women don’t give a F about muscles. In fact, muscles can work in your DISADVANTAGE depending on your height/face/race.

For example: if you’re a tall, lanky white dude, you’re much better off taking Tails BlackPill’s advice and get a E-boy haircut and go clean-shaven.
If you’re a short dude, being too muscular can make you look like you’re overcompensating.
If you’re a currycel, there’s a 99% chance it’s over anyway.

The name of the game is working with WHAT you got, NOT working towards something you genetically will NEVER have anyway.

Gym is overrated. Rather climb a mountain or do a competitive sport and enjoy myself with friends. But hey, that’s just me!

But a bit of strength training is a good thing... Especially if your an office worker and or sit behind a desk a real lot... AND a variety of exercise types is a good thing... cycling, walking, climbing, swimming, etc.. and just being active periodically / regularly through the day. (Says FAT out of shape Shane Ahem....) Warm weather - getting quite active again... Or die.

You should be athletic for your own well-being, not for pussy. Lifting is definitely overrated, past the point of being "strong enough", you should focus on specific activities you want to be good at.
