The 20 x 20 x 20 cycle was too militant and insane.

So I changed it to 30 minutes working, and 30 minutes resting.

Stick this on loop - it's nearly exactly an hour... and play it for 2 or 3 hours in the morning and 2 or 3 hours in the afternoon....

Brilliant.

30 minutes working - means anything with some kind of mobility and activity - like walking to the toilet, going getting a book to read, going for a stroll in the garden, picking up some rubbish around the house / area, bagging it and taking out the bin, getting the mail, pushing a mop or a broom, making a meal, walking the dog, riding a bicycle slowly around the block... walking to the corner store.... doing some gym work for strength and mobility etc.

30 Minutes resting - means sitting down for a cup of tea, doing some computer work, having a lay down, reading a book, prayer and meditation, phoning some friends, sitting in the garden getting some early morning or late afternoon sun, going fishing, engaging in some really interesting hobbies, crafts, pottery, restoring things, setting up a new phone, writing out some documents etc...
