1. A rehearsal is a live performance without the audience.

2. They stand there looking at each other as in "what do I do?" instead of performing as individuals, in a cohesive unit.

3. They stand around with their thumbs up their arses, MUMBLING at the microphones, instead of PUNCHING out their vocals.

4. Their mixing is up shit creek, if there are feed back issues - they need to reduce the volume of the instruments, and drumming and have the proportional ratio - relative to the venue.

5. They need to switch on and PERFORM... as if they were entertaining a real audience...

I mean they are NOT bad, but they are performing badly enough, to just wipe themselves out of ever getting gigs..

I mean congrats on what they ave worked for and achieved so far... BUT

They lack the ability to watch their own videos and then go, "Where are the opportunities for improvement?" and to then set those ideas into effect.

They are not re-calibrating their own deficiencies as people and performers, to consistently high standards.
