Not just a skill but a set of skills*
If older mother fuckers were in the business of imparting true wisdom to their younger counterparts they would tell them to make as much money as they could in their teens, and spend it all in their late 20s and 30s on prime whores and performance enhancing drugs.
Fuck real estate and saving up to hand it over to the whores who gave it up for free to the "right guy." I'd tell them to slow things all the way down in their 40s and settle on a skill that produces great works of art and take a lot of time off cultivating hobbies, and hobby whores.
