It's what Amr mentioned that looks will only get more important.
Because females get resources through taxes+affirmative action they have no need to seek provision - therefore looks will be of ever increasing importance and females are and will form harems around an ever smaller number of males.

Also, as Joker gets to the 13 minute area and reads the article describing FwB relationships, it really starts to sound to me like what a 'gay' relationship appears to be, just with the right genders (yes, I am an anti-'gay' bigot).
