so under arrest under (reasonable) suspicion of driving under the influence (alcohol and possibly drugs)...
(no actual suspicion of murder while under the influence or any degree of manslaughter etc.)
they cannot actually deny her a phone call, she should already be in a jail waiting cell...
they cannot legally take any fluids (blood or urin) etc.
(legally under federal law they have to release her within 24 hours i think it is)

what they are stalling for here is a jumped up judge...

however she is an entitled CUNT and being an insufferable bitch...

(stupid bitch should not have been driving if it was going to be drinking and possibly taking drugs)
(at least should get a DUI, cops are only partially reasonable here, more than most i would say)
