it has nothing to do with the ocean changes, it has to do with the gov.s poisoning the fish by dumping tons of chemical shit into the oceans targeted at the most valuable fish....
the fish are not coming back because of that, the ocean has had the same junk/unclean water in the area around vancouver island for a thousand years...
