The FBI decided to try to seize and forfeit property belonging to people who used private vaults. They had no probable cause, and no leg to stand on a the 9th Circuit. Result: a win for the Constitution and the Institute for Justice.

the problem here is the entire search and seizure was illegal from beginning to end, they STOLE peoples property and money.
and the court makes money off of it as well, unless they know for certain that the stuff is ILLEGAL to begin with and ONLY THEN can there be a search and seizure...
the court and the police are criminals/terrorists/worse, period.
some/half people still have not gotten their property back.
