He didn't mention another major reason : all those axis-of-evil countries did not have a central bank controlled by the financial elite. The first thing the US did after Saddam was ousted was install a central bank. It was also the main reason for attacking Libya : it did not have a central bank, the country was doing great, and Khaddafi was even in the process of creating a new gold-backed african dinar currency (= free from the clutches of the financial elite). Hence he had to go, and all the north african countries that joined in his plan suddenly fell prey to rebellions (the "African Spring") as punishment.
Things on the international scene just don't happen by coincidence, people; there's always an agenda.
