Hundreds of demonstrators gathered in Central London to demand more action from the government to tackle the climate crisis. Activists rallied outside the Palace of Westminster and other famous landmarks, waving Extinction Rebellion flags and banners.
Friday’s demonstration was the first in a four-day movement called ‘The Big One’.
