well damn, the welder only 6 cycle recovery works really well... course it would be a better test if all the batteries where the same brand and made in the same batch....
different companies make batteries differently, so cannot get a true baseline... still a worthwhile watch.

Yeah... There is a difference between mere sulphation AND mechanical wear in the batteries, like the plates thinning at the bottom from the acid concentrating there, from not being moved around and being kept charged up... and there are issues of internal short circuits from the paste from the lead grids, coming out as chunks, and bridging the + and - plates......
