You got to understand that most Trad cons, Most of them by default are p*ssy worshipers. Women are idolized, So anyone who doesn't worship women to most of them will by default seem gay. To most of them women can't do no wrong.The lack of understanding the Mgtow concept is 1 of the main stumbling blacks of trad cons. Trad con will never truly move forward because most of them are sleeping with their enemy and they're completely blinded to it.
Don't worry, most trad cons are one divorce or paternity fraud case away from coming over to the manosphere in a fit of red pill rage. Only a matter of time.
Excellent point about guys getting love/sex bombed by their girlfriends being put in a docile and easily manipulated state. These women know what they are doing, either directly or instinctively. They certainly don't like sex that much. Then if the guy starts coming out of the spell, the chances of an "accidental" pregnancy go up immensely.
