Melbourne - the Tyranny capital of Australia

Shame - Melbourne was a great place to live.
Odd thing is - this type of tyranny can only happen if cops/military make it so.
They have to live too, with families.
Where do they get these thugs - what are they thinking they're doing?
Protecting people by beating then up?
One theory is, about the time they was firing rubber bullets at unarmed, non-violent, protestors they'd imported them from EU.
Sounds suspiciously like a Soros gig to me.
