According to leaked documents from anonymous whistleblowers, the prominent US consulting firm McKinsey & Company is pushing a green energy transition agenda in Africa, despite the opposition of many goverments on the continent. The paper says McKinsey's close ties with sustainable energy companies allow it to influence African carbon markets.
