Massive storm in Black Sea thrashes towns, resorts in Southern Russia

A state of emergency has been declared in certain areas of the Black Sea peninsula of Crimea, where a powerful storm has left nearly half a million people without electricity. Some areas in Krasnodar Region have also been significantly affected by enormous waves. Footage shows different parts of Russia’s South, where houses and businesses are submerged, and parts of highways and railroads have been partially destroyed.
