Man Deeply Regrets not Marrying a Traditional Woman

The difference between "traditional" and not is the breadth of a single, arbitrary decision on her part.

I had a cow-orker who called herself "very traditional" in between griping about her two children by two different men, neither of whom was her husband. She was engaged to the second one but didn't want to go down to the JP and get hitched because "he wants to honor my father" as a Hispanic thing. Silly me, I'd have thought NOT knocking her up before marriage would be the honorable thing, or marrying before the child's birth and guaranteeing legitimacy would be better... but what do I know, right? XD
