Low Speed Police Chase

I've got a friend, well ex friend now who got a wheelchair like this and then caught the BMW or AUDI entitlement big and would drive down The center of the road to get noticed, A complete PRATT I have nothing more to do with him, but there is a lot of this Entitlement with the disblaed. I'm partly disabled due to an industrial accident that was not my fault and I get fuck all help and no benefits either so I LIVE my life ass I want. The world is fullo of assholes today and I'm seriously distancing myself from it these day's.
