Soon as i read, "The plainitiff and defendant are owner of a 'NON ADJACENT' unit". I knew her case was utter bs.. I speculate that the plaintiff owns unit 302 and 304 and may be upset that the defendant beat her to buying unit 303; and is now trying to make the defendant's life hell, to force her to sell it, so she can buy it and have all 3 units to herself... Oh and Btw. How many people caught the fact that the plaintiff lives in "Unit #304".. Lol

Interesting Stuff and all because of ENTITLEMENT you could say. In the UK for some years now, that no planning permission is now need for people to Add to their property or remove for that matter. It used to only apply to things like Shed's and Spa's and stuff that are temporary structures. now you don't meed planning permission to install say Solar Panel's or a fence or way as long as it is not over 6ft high or 2m's.
