My older brother had a Dojo when I was growing up before one of his classes I worked out - I broke his practice nunchucks broke the frame on the speedbag and Broke the ropes holding the heavy kicking bag By Punching it ! - POWER Over ballet moves wrecked his Dojo !
For what it’s worth in my limited fight training I have known boxers to be incredibly tough fast and hit way harder than you think a person should be able to.
They’re just trained and made to fight with their fist.
If you throw in a kickboxer instead he may have a chance. But still those boxers are just phenomenal fighters.
