Yup that's true, but nowadays the justice system has become a money machine.. That's why they arrest anyone for any reason.. Especially in USA & Canada.. In Europe the only ones you can beat up are the migrants (if they commited a crime), the police most of the time can't arrest them because they have no ID, the law protects them that way.. so if they get involved in any type of conflict with a local... The cops will close their eyes.. And they'll even protect you on the paperwork.. But it's changing.. Migrants are getting more privileges than the locals.. Worst of it locals pay taxes to feed these scumbags and they can't do anything to get these refugees out of Europe..

@Doggk_Re_Uploads: Many of the social programs were designed to help unfortunate circumstances. In most cases we expected people to recover, like if you lost a job or got hurt you would get some help, then get back to work. But for many people living off the system is a way to live. If someone is in a wheelchair we can't expect them to do a job that includes running up and down steps.. But, if they can do something why not work?
