At the Munich Security Conference, Kamala Harris told attendees about Russia’s ‘utter failures’ in the Ukraine conflict, amid reports from Kiev’s top general that Ukrainian troops are withdrawing from a major city. Well she's not exactly wrong. Russia is losing troops but Ukraine is losing them far faster. She always sounds like she's high as a kite with brain damage talking to two years old children. Isn't Democracy™ great?
