The destruction of all things that serve as a symbol, as a source of identity, other than the identity embtaced by those espousing 'equality' is an effort to create the illusion that everyone is equal, that 'we are all one', with the end intent of destroying unalienable freedoms, independent thought, and in essence, individuality.
