Italy, Spain among countries that refuse to join US-led mission in Red Sea

The US-led ‘Operation Prosperity Guardian’ mission in the Red Sea lacks the support of some Washington allies, as a number of ‘friendly nations’ say they're not willing to participate. Italy and Spain are among those who've said they're not going to send warships or personnel to join the task force. Similar statements came from Saudi Arabia, Egypt, and the UAE.

Has the US government stabilized any country it has attacked in recent years? Its CFA uses a policy of divide and conquer : making countries weak by destruction. So the US (Israel) can stay on top.
I assume this is named a 'special military operation', and we're not allowed to call it an invasion or an attack? Like, the opposite of Ukraine? /sarcasm
