I think we're well past the point of being able to help... the solutions are horrific; lose their culture and convert, loose their "culture" by standing up or loose their culture slowly through inaction... or embrace their culture of being militant conquerors and push the S#it in of each and every foreigner who does stupid stuff (by first removing the political class keeping them safe)... I'm really not betting on that last one... not anymore.
