@WMHarrison94: maple syrup is fine, the real stuff, just dont use it all the time... since it is also natural syrup.... anything with additives is bad for you. be carefull with peanut butter since most of the peanut butter has other oils instead of its natural oil in the as well like seed oils.

@sbseed: agreed. I was using peanut butter natural and honey on my pancakes and then more keto proteinated (Kodak) pancakes...instead of high fructose corn syrup "syrup."
