IDF issues evacuation orders as more strikes expected in Beirut

Israel has been dropping bombs across Lebanon on Tuesday. A number of casualties have been reported, as Beirut’s downtown area is usually busy during the day. RT correspondent on the ground Steve Sweeney sends us his latest report.
