ICJ ruling | Court stops short of ordering Gaza ceasefire, demands that Israel prevent genocide

The International Court of Justice has issued its statement in the genocide case submitted by South Africa. It has instructed Israel to take all necessary measures to prevent genocide in Gaza, but at the same time stopped short of ordering a ceasefire in the enclave.
