I can usually pick where it is in Australia, and the time of year and what the season has been like, by the grass and trees..... But this is not Australia. @sauger1001: It's a fair question... AND sometimes this information comes with the video... but in this case it didn't. Probably pay the truck driver for damages and keep it out of the official channels and avoid the prosecution etc... and not include any information about the video...... Found 3 or 4 other sites the video has been uploaded too..... Nothing in there about location / country etc..
